Q: How long have you been in the business?
A:   Since 1982. (and our President since 1970)

Q:   What do you specialize in?
A:   Mission critical openings only!   Our trademark is customized headhunting where targeted selection is a must!   When a company needs to hire an "A" player...a mission critical employee, who upon joining the company, will have an immediate, very positive, results oriented impact...our services are engaged.

Q:   What is meant by a mission critical hire?
A:    A mission critical hire, as we define it, means hiring a candidate that is specifically needed to do a very special job.   This type "hire" always hits the ground running and has been employed for the very special , one of a kind result they will bring to the company!   All well run companies have a mission statement with goals, objectives and work plans to promote their reason for being in business.   Our focus is to seek out these companies and determine their level of commitment to their mission!   If we are convinced they are passionate about their mission and desire to be at the top of their game...we will customize a program for them.

Q:   How do you customize?
A:   By first understanding; then evaluating; and finally structuring a program to headhunt the exact talent they need to accomplish their special goals.

Q:   Isn't headhunting a bad word?
A:   Not at all!   To the contrary...it is a fabulous word!   Simply put...it is targeted selection at its finest!   As far as we are concerned, the best employees don't "fish" their résumés on the internet or peruse the classifieds every Sunday.   They are working hard on their jobs... achieving goals and moving their careers forward.   They are loyal and committed to results.   They are " sought after "... not the seekers!   They are great role models; very accountable for all they command; well liked and respected in their companies; and raise the standards of quality rather than diluting them!   In short... they make a huge difference!   They raise the bar!   They positively impact everyone and everything they do!   They promote their company's mission!

Q:   Are headhunted candidates expensive?
A:   Can be!   Depends on where they are in their career.   "A" players seldom come cheap! But, their contribution is so strong...they are well worth the investment!

A:   Can be!   But professionals like us know how to conduct and coach the process.

Q:   Are you expensive?
A:   Depends on how you define expensive.   Our fees are based on the degree of difficulty in isolating the correct folks.   Most of our clients tell us our fees are fair and very worthwhile!   In fact, many of our clients see us as part of their team and fees are never discussed again after the initial presentation!

Q:   How do you find your candidates?
A:   Through numerous avenues...all time proven and effective!   Thousands of hours each year are dedicated to candidate recruitment and in-depth interviews.   Every candidate is evaluated both interpersonally and technically.   Average is kicked out!   Better and best make it! A:   We have a six-step process... but it is confidential in nature.
